Why We Built This Site
Kentucky gives the public broad access to many court records, but the hard part is figuring out which office holds the file you want. The Daviess County Circuit Court Clerk handles Circuit, Family, District, traffic, criminal, civil, small claims, and probate case records at the Holbrook Judicial Center in Owensboro. The Daviess County Clerk is separate and handles marriage licenses, land records, elections, vehicles, passports, and county clerk indexed records. The Sheriff's Office and Detention Center handle law-enforcement and jail records. We pull together the contact details, search portals, fee schedules, and request steps for each of these offices into one place.
